Refunds are considered only under limited circumstances.
Refund Eligibility:
A refund request may be accepted only if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase, the digital content has not been accessed or consumed, the service or program has not started, and a valid reason is provided. All refund approvals are at the sole discretion of eTaxAdvisors.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable: accessed or partially used digital courses or recordings; downloaded materials such as PDFs, tools, or templates; live or recorded sessions already attended; mentoring, coaching, or advisory services once scheduled or delivered; professional service fees, compliance work, or consultations; and discounted, promotional, or special-offer purchases.
4. No Return Policy
As all products and services offered by eTaxAdvisors are intangible and digital in nature, returns are not possible once access is provided or services are initiated.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. Refund processing typically takes 7–10 working days. Any delay caused by banks or payment gateways is beyond our control.
6. Cancellation & Refund Relationship
Cancellation of any course, subscription, or service does not automatically qualify for a refund. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service and the stage of delivery at the time of cancellation.
7. No Guarantee Disclaimer
eTaxAdvisors does not guarantee income, profits, business growth, or client acquisition. Results depend on individual effort, skill, professional judgment, and compliance with applicable laws. Refund requests based on dissatisfaction or unmet expectations will not be entertained.
8. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this policy.
